The hotel had spacious and nicely appointed rooms, although the beds were too firm for my liking. The service was excellent and accommodating, even helping us with a car issue. However, the location, while convenient near popular dining spots, suffered from constant train noise. The dining options were enjoyable, with a good variety offered. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was just amazing. The newer part of the hotel where my room was located was bright, odor-free, and easily accessible by elevator. However, I did find some dirty spots in the room, which was a bit off-putting.
